Quantity Take-Off
- On-screen take-off for maximum efficiency & accuracy

All measurements and data from quantity take-off can be used by project team throughout the project life-cycle, including all square footages & quantities, to assist in ordering etc.
Project Scheduling
- Detailed project schedule on our cloud-based schedule system to allow full access to all staff, trades, and project stake holders
Project Contracts
- Issuance of project purchase orders & contacts to sub-trades & suppliers,
- CCDC contracts typical to ensure fair & secure agreements
Material Ordering
- Building of material order packs to be placed during the construction phase
Design Management
- Coordination with project architects & engineers
- Management of shop drawings as applicable
- Design change review & management
Construction Supervision - Full-time onsite supervision available on request, including;
- Dailysite supervision of all works being completed including but not limited to:
- Safety Management & Control
- On-site trade & worker management
- Quality control implementation & enforcement
- On-site scheduling & expediting
- Site level cost control & management
- Consistent & regular communication
- Weekly photographs of project progress uploaded to our online portal
Construction Management
- Client relationship management to ensure your reputation and brand is well represented
- Attending or administering regular project progress meetings including meeting minutes distributed to team
- Work with onsite supervision and suppliers to update schedule and budget
- Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks
Project Administration
- Implementation of all contracts with suppliers & trades
- Collection & review of all received project bills & documentation
- Creation of owner’s operations & maintenance manuals as needed
Quality Control
- Implementation of our unique 26 phase quality control method including consistent checklists throughout design and construction
- Inspections of all goods and services
Project Accounting & Cost Controls
- Semi-monthlyreporting of incurred costs
- Semi-monthlyreporting and updating of budget projection
- Project cash-flow projections as requested
Project Reporting
- Access to our online construction management portal which includes;
- Project schedule – Updated weekly
- Project progress photos – Updated weekly
- Project budget – updated semi-monthly
- Project messaging
- Project documents including plans
- Finishes selections
Project Wrap-Up & Commissioning
- Overseeing of commissioning & testing of all building systems
- Close-out of all contracts
- Lien period notification & administration
- Building Handover to owners/occupants, including:
- Building walkthrough & deficiencies review
- Assembly & delivery of owner’s operation and maintenance manual
- Building systems education
