  • Detailed project schedule for entire project prior to commencement 
  • Weekly schedule update during construction and available to stakeholders at all times through our online portal   
  • Coordination of project schedule with all suppliers and trades

Construction Supervision (Full-time onsite Supervision available on request)

  • Dailysite supervision of all works being completed including but not limited to:
    • Safety Management & Control
    • On-site trade & worker management
    • Quality control implementation & enforcement
    • On-site scheduling & expediting
    • Site level cost control & management
    • Consistent & regular communication with you, the client
    • Weekly photographs of project progress uploaded to our online portal 

Project Administration

  • Implementation of all contracts with suppliers & trades 
  • Collection and review of all received project bills & documentation  
  • Creation of owner’s operations & maintenance manuals
